3. Precision Cutting & Component Inspection
Our cutting team uses both automated and manual cutting to maintain accuracy.
- Panel-by-panel inspection
- Grade consistency checks
- Defective components removed before stitching
This step helps reduce errors and guarantees smoother production.
4. Stitching & Assembly QC
Craftsmanship is what makes a product strong, comfortable, and long-lasting.
- Seam strength testing
- Correct thread tension & alignment
- Specialized stitching for high-stress areas (sportswear, combat wear, motorcycle gear)
- Fit and construction checks during assembly

5. Customization Quality Checks
All printing, embroidery, and finishing is done in-house for full control.
- Embroidery thread density & placement review
- Screen print sharpness & durability test
- Sublimation color accuracy
