Production Timelines

Our production process follows two distinct phases — sampling and bulk production. Exact timelines are always confirmed before order confirmation to ensure full transparency.

Phase 1 — Sampling Pre-production samples are created for client review and approval before bulk manufacturing begins.
7–14 Business Days
Phase 2 — Bulk Production Full manufacturing begins after sample approval. Timeline varies based on order size and product complexity.
3–6 Weeks

Exact timelines are confirmed before order confirmation. Timeline depends on order size, product complexity, and material availability.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate different budgets, destinations, and delivery urgencies. The best method is selected based on your specific requirements.

Air Freight Fast delivery for time-sensitive orders worldwide
Express Courier Door-to-door delivery via DHL, FedEx & UPS
Sea Freight Cost-effective for large bulk shipments

Shipping methods are selected based on cost, destination, and urgency. We will recommend the most suitable option for your order during the quotation process.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These vary by country and product type.

  • Special arrangements may be made if agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. Our team can assist with documentation and commercial invoices to ease customs clearance.

Delivery Responsibility

Tijarah Sports takes full responsibility for the quality and packaging of your order before dispatch. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers accordingly.

Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, Tijarah Sports is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or any circumstances beyond our direct control.

  • All orders are carefully packaged and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Tracking information is shared with clients upon shipment.
  • We will assist clients in filing claims with carriers where applicable.

Damages & Claims

In the event that your shipment arrives with visible damage, please follow the steps below to ensure your claim is processed promptly.

  • Inspect your shipment thoroughly upon delivery.
  • Any shipping-related damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All claims must include supporting photos clearly showing the damage.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for consideration.

48-Hour Claim Window: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Delays in reporting may affect your eligibility for a resolution.
