Tijarah Sports operates exclusively as a B2B custom manufacturer. We do not sell ready-made retail products. All products are manufactured based on client specifications, designs, and agreed quantities.

Quotations & Orders

All quotations and orders are subject to the following terms to ensure clarity and mutual agreement between both parties.

All quotations are based on provided specifications and quantities.
Prices may change if specifications are modified after a quote is issued.
Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement and payment terms are finalized.

Important: Any changes to specifications after a quote is issued may affect the final price and production timeline. Please confirm all details before order placement.

Sampling

To ensure accuracy and client satisfaction, we follow a strict sample approval process before any bulk production begins.

Samples are produced for approval before bulk manufacturing commences.
Bulk production begins only after the client has approved the sample.

Our sample approval process protects both parties — ensuring the final product matches your exact expectations before committing to full production quantities.

Payments

All payment terms are agreed upon before production begins. We maintain full transparency in our billing and production timelines.

Production will not commence until both payment is confirmed and sample is approved. This protects both parties and ensures a smooth manufacturing process.

Intellectual Property

We fully respect the intellectual property rights of our clients. All creative assets you provide to us remain yours.

All designs, logos, and branding provided by clients remain the property of the client. Tijarah Sports does not reuse, reproduce, or sell client designs under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering your orders on time, certain events are beyond our control. Tijarah Sports is not responsible for delays caused by:

Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God.
Shipping carriers and their operational delays or failures.
Customs delays, import/export restrictions, or regulatory changes.
Any other circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, we will communicate proactively with our clients and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Transparency is a core part of how we operate.
